This project was a quick solution to the classic Mother’s Day gift search. I saw this wine box design on the Glowforge forum and knew that a quick artwork change would make a product that was laser-ready in no time at all. The original creator was kind enough to share the design, so all I had to do was incorporate a few little aesthetic changes!

The living hinge top from the original design is a very nifty touch that I can’t take credit for, but the gold accents and deeply etched “empty” honeycombs also made this project uniquely my own. Most importantly, Mom loved it!
